Overdue Peru/Bolivia musings, and pictures!
Laguna Churup
Our first day hike from Huaraz took us to the isolated turquoise waters of Laguna Churup. The second day hike we arrived at a more beautiful, even more isolated laguna further up the mountain. And the final day in Huaraz we climbed to Laguna 69, with a waterfall pouring into it’s turquoise waters and glaciers almost within reach as a backdrop. Incredible (and no we didn’t think to bring the camera).
