Overdue Peru/Bolivia musings, and pictures!
Canon del Colca
Frist stop: Arequipa and the Canyon del Colca, which is twice as deep as the grand canyon! We spent 3 days hiking down into the canyon and camping. This little dog followed us the entire first day but left with another group the second day. We passed him headed down a different way while we were coming up!

I think he remembered us…came over all tail-wags, almost thought we’d get him again, but no luck. Probably wished we were going to feed him…
